None. There is no form on this site that collects anything: no account to create, no newsletter to join, no comments, no chat window and no working estimate form. The eight-step estimate request is switched off, so nothing here asks for a name, an email address, a phone number or a property address, and no page will tell you a request was received when none was sent.

We set no cookies of our own. There is no advertising pixel, no third-party analytics tag, no session recorder and no social embed on any page — nothing here follows you to another website or reads what you did on one before you arrived.

One thing happens regardless, as it does on every website. Asking for a page makes your browser send a request to the server holding it, carrying an IP address, a browser user-agent string and the address of the page you asked for. The company that hosts these files processes those requests to deliver pages and to keep the service available and defended against abuse. Any traffic reporting available to us from that is aggregate — page counts, referrers and countries — rather than a record of an individual, and no profile is built from it.

Nobody, because there is nothing to share. No list is sold, rented, traded or given away, and no estimate request has been passed to any company — the site is not taking requests and has no company roster behind it.

When that changes, the only recipients would be the window replacement companies named on screen in the permission you give — the ones that would call you about your project. Nothing would go to a data broker, an advertising network or a general mailing list, and no arrangement of that kind exists to disclose.

This policy is republished before a single field is collected, not afterwards. This is the design the legal review is being run against.

• A request would go only to the window replacement companies named, by their legal names, in the permission you accept — so you know who is about to call before you agree to be called, and can decline the whole thing if you do not like the list.
• The details asked for are the ones a company needs to prepare an estimate: your name, an email address, a phone number, the ZIP code of the property, and the answers you gave about the job.
• The permission is a single checkbox, unchecked when you reach it, covering phone calls and email and never text messages. It states that agreeing is not a condition of buying anything, and it sets out how to withdraw it.
• The wording of that permission is drafted and is with a lawyer. It has not been approved, it is not published anywhere on this site, and until it is approved nothing can be submitted at all.
• What you were shown and when you agreed to it would be recorded with the request, so that the question of what was actually consented to has a documented answer rather than a recollection.

Behind the page, a request would be sent to this site’s own address on this domain rather than straight to a third party. The credential that identifies us to a receiving company sits on the server, never in the page you loaded, so it cannot be read out of your browser. Coverage is checked before any contact detail is transmitted, the request is forwarded once with no automatic retries, and what gets written to a log is a record number, a status and how long the call took — not your name, your email address, your phone number or your address. That rule holds for analytics too: an event may record which step of the form was completed and whether it succeeded, and it may never carry a value you typed.

Today there is nothing to ask for and nothing to delete. This site holds no personal information about you, so there is no file here with your name on it and no request you need to make.

When requests open, that changes and so does this section. You will be able to ask us for a copy of what you sent, to correct it or to delete it, and to have a stop request passed on to every company it was shared with. Those requests come through the contact page. A company that has already received a request holds its own copy under its own privacy policy, so a deletion by us does not delete theirs — telling that company directly is the step that does, and federal rules require a company to honor a request to stop contacting you promptly once you make it. Asking costs nothing, and nobody is treated differently for asking.

This site is written for homeowners and is not directed at children. It asks nobody for personal information, which means it asks nothing of anyone under 13 either, and it knowingly collects nothing from them. If that ever changes, this section changes first.

The review date at the top of this page is the date the text was last checked. It moves whenever the text does. A change that alters what is collected, or who receives it, is published before it takes effect rather than after — which is the whole reason this page describes a closed form instead of quietly waiting for one to open.
